Coronavirus (COVID-19) Outbreak

To all our valued customers

Further to the recent guidance regarding Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak.

This situation is developing extremely quickly and we are monitoring the situation as best we can. Government guidance at this time is that we should avoid contracting and spreading the virus wherever possible. The safety and well being of our customers and colleagues is our number one priority at this time and as such we have taken a few precautions to ensure we are working as safely as possible.

From July onwards we will be implementing the following measures.

  1. Our employees will not come to work if displaying symptoms.
  2. We will not attend calls where clients are displaying symptoms.
  3. We will wash hands as per NHS guidance before and after every call.
  4. Work areas must be thoroughly cleaned prior to / on arrival.
  5. Work areas must be thoroughly ventilated prior to / on arrival.
  6. Social distancing (2 metre rule) must be observed at all times.
  7. Single use gloves will be worn at all times whilst on site.
  8. Face coverings will be worn at all times whilst on site.
  9. Face coverings will be laundered regularly

We very much hope that if everyone follows the government guidance then we can come through these difficult times and get back to normal as soon as possible.
